By accessing or using AICV ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

AICV is an AI-powered Chrome extension that helps users create tailored resumes by analyzing job descriptions and optimizing resume content. The Service includes:

Resume profile creation and storage (locally on your device)
AI-powered resume optimization
Multiple resume template themes
PDF export functionality

3. User Accounts

To use AICV, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us of any unauthorized use

4. Credits and Payments

Credits: Resume generation requires credits. New users receive 10 free credits.
Purchases: Additional credits can be purchased through our secure payment system.
Non-Expiring: Purchased credits do not expire.
Non-Transferable: Credits cannot be transferred between accounts.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the Service
Share your account credentials with others
Use automated systems to abuse the Service
Generate misleading or fraudulent resume content

6. Intellectual Property

The AICV extension, website, and all related materials are owned by us. Your resume content remains yours - we do not claim ownership of your personal data.

7. AI-Generated Content

AICV uses artificial intelligence to optimize resumes. While we strive for accuracy:

AI suggestions are recommendations, not guarantees
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content
We are not liable for any inaccuracies in AI-generated content

8. Limitation of Liability

AICV is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

Job application outcomes
Data loss (your data is stored locally)
Service interruptions
Third-party actions

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
