💰 Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Credit Purchases

AICV operates on a credit-based system:

• Starter Pack: 100 credits for $1 (or equivalent in INR)
• Pro Pack: 500 credits for $4 (or equivalent in INR)

Credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

• Timeframe: Within 7 days of purchase
• Unused Credits: Credits must not have been used
• First Purchase: Refund requests are primarily honored for first-time purchases

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

• Credits that have already been used (even partially)
• Requests made after 7 days from purchase
• Duplicate refund requests
• Accounts that violate our Terms of Service

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Email us at rosh.polekar@gmail.com
2. Include your registered email address
3. Provide your transaction ID or payment receipt
4. State the reason for your refund request

We will process your request within 5-7 business days.

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method:

• Card Payments: Credited back to the original card
• UPI/NetBanking: Credited to the source account

Processing time may vary depending on your bank (typically 5-10 business days).

6. Cancellation

AICV is a one-time purchase product, not a subscription. Therefore:

• There are no recurring charges to cancel
• Credits remain in your account indefinitely (they never expire)
• You can stop using the service at any time without any action needed

7. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using your credits:

• Contact us immediately at rosh.polekar@gmail.com
• We will investigate and either fix the issue or provide a refund
• Technical issues are handled on a case-by-case basis
